I am so bad at measuring my success in life by my ideals and where I believe I should be by a certain point or time in my life and if I'm not there I beat myself up. I am such a perfectionist and always looking forward to the next goal. I barely even take 5 minutes to celebrate my successes, and sometimes I don't even take that! When I look back one year, my income hasn't increased much due to the economy, but I can see that I'm working smarter in many areas, and it's good to acknowledge that. You've inspired me to create a new ritual where I'm going to send an email to all of my team members whenever I sign up a new client so I can share the good news with them. Thanks!
